We care about your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how Aura Digital B.V. collects, uses, discloses, transfers, and stores your information when you use DocXHelp.

When you subscribe to DocXHelp, payment is processed through our PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. We accept credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. DocXHelp offers a 24-hour trial for \u20AC0.01, followed by a recurring subscription of \u20AC29.99 every 28 days.

We do not store your full credit card number or payment credentials on our servers. All payment data is handled directly by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processors in accordance with industry security standards. We may retain a truncated card number (last four digits) and card type for identification and customer support purposes.

When you use DocXHelp, we may automatically collect certain information, including:

Data stored in sessionStorage is automatically cleared when you close your browser tab. Data stored in localStorage persists until you manually clear it or delete your browser data.
